You fill in a form on this website. Six fields, about two minutes. Then nothing for a day, and you start wondering whether it went anywhere.
Here is the whole thing, start to finish.
The first form is short on purpose
Site name, address, a contact, an email, a phone number, and a box for anything you want to tell us.
We could ask twenty questions. Plenty of networks do. But a long form at first contact mostly filters for sites with spare time on their hands, and the things we would learn are things we would rather you tell us properly, in a form built for it.
The short form is not an assessment. It is a way of saying hello.
Henry reads it
Not a queue, not a scoring tool. Henry reads every site submission that comes in, and you get a reply within 1–2 business days.
The detailed form comes back with that reply
This is the part sites do not expect: we do not hold the real form back until you have passed something. It goes out with our first response, to everyone.
That is deliberate. Nobody can match a site to a study on six fields. The detail is the entire point.
It takes about five minutes and asks for your PIs and their CVs; the therapeutic areas and indications you actually see; the phases you have run; enrollment history, patient population, years of research experience, how many studies you have run and how big your research staff is. Then the practical things — IP storage, CLIA lab, which IRB you use, whether your W9 is ready, what equipment is on site.
And four named contacts: main, coordinator, contracts and budgets, regulatory.
Those four save more time than anything else on the form. Knowing who handles budgets at your site before a negotiation starts means nobody loses three days finding out during one.
You get a reference number the moment you submit. The form saves your progress if you get pulled into clinic halfway through, and if a CV fails to upload it tells you rather than failing quietly. No account, no password.
Most sites never get a phone call, and that is fine
If your submission is clear, we do not manufacture a meeting to prove we read it. We come back with questions only when something genuinely needs clarifying.
Which leaves something unsaid, so we will say it here. You are handing a company your PI’s CV and your enrollment history, and you are entitled to know how that company makes money. BNZ is paid within study budgets. Not by you. There is no joining fee at the start and there is not a quiet one later.

A Site Collaboration Agreement. It is short. Your PIs, your patients and your clinical decisions stay entirely yours — we do not direct care and we do not sit between you and your investigators.
What happens next, and when
Once you are in, your profile sits against incoming studies, matched on therapeutic area, capability and patient reach.
You will hear from us within two weeks of joining, with studies to look at. Not a newsletter — specific opportunities we think fit your site.
Not every one will be right. The first one often is not. But you will be looking at real opportunities inside a fortnight rather than sitting on a list wondering whether your form went through.
Whether any of them suit you is entirely your call. Turning one down does not affect anything else and does not move you down a list. What fits changes constantly — that is the whole reason the network exists.
