BNZ operates as a Site Management Organization (SMO), acting as an intermediary between clinical trial sponsors, contract research organizations (CROs), and research sites across the United States. Through the Site, sponsors, CROs, and research sites may submit inquiries or applications to be considered for potential partnership, feasibility review, or study opportunities.
The Site and its content are intended for business and operational purposes related to clinical trial site management. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, and the Site is not intended for use by patients seeking medical guidance or treatment.
Submitting a form or application through the Site — whether as a research site or a sponsor/CRO — does not guarantee acceptance into the BNZ network, matching to a specific study, or any particular business outcome. All partnerships are subject to BNZ’s independent evaluation and mutual agreement between the parties involved.
By submitting information through any form on the Site, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your organization or site. BNZ reserves the right to verify submitted information and to decline or terminate any application at its discretion.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of BNZ Research Network LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
