BNZ Research Network LLC was founded in 2024 as a Site Management Organization built to solve a problem every clinical trial runs into: too many moving parts, not enough coordination.
Sponsors and CROs were spending months chasing feasibility responses from dozens of individual sites. Sites were losing study opportunities to fragmented outreach and slow, inconsistent communication. We started BNZ to be the connective layer between both sides — a single, accountable point of contact managing feasibility, contracting, and oversight across a growing network of US research sites.
Today, that network spans 120+ pre-vetted sites across every major therapeutic area, with sponsor and CRO partnerships running year-round. We’re a remote-first team, built deliberately lean so that every relationship we manage gets real attention — not a account number.
